Listings and Ticket Sales

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the [Platform Name] website (“the Platform”) by both Event Organisers and Ticket Buyers. By creating an account, listing an event, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions

“Organiser”: The individual or organisation listing an event for ticket sales on the Platform.

“Buyer”: Any individual purchasing a ticket via the Platform.

“Ticket”: The digital right of entry to an event purchased via the Platform.

“Service”: The ticketing and listing services provided by the Platform.
3. Use of the Platform

Organisers must ensure all event information (date, time, location, format, capacity, and entry requirements) is accurate and up to date.

Buyers are responsible for checking event details prior to purchase.

The Platform reserves the right to remove events or accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
4. Payments and Fees

The Platform accepts multiple payment types, including major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Payment processing is managed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and subject to their terms.

The Platform may charge service fees on ticket sales. These will be disclosed to Organisers and/or Buyers at the point of sale.

Payouts to Organisers are subject to processing times and transaction fees.

If payment providers charge transaction or processing fees, these are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is issued, such fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are set by the Organiser. Buyers must contact the Organiser directly regarding refunds.

The Platform is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated.

If an event is cancelled, Organisers must notify Buyers promptly and arrange refunds in line with their stated policy.

Where refunds are processed through the Platform, any charges incurred from third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Buyers will receive the net balance after such deductions.
6. Communication with Attendees

The Platform provides automated email reminders and updates to Buyers regarding event details.

Organisers may use the Platform’s tools to share event packs, schedules, or updates.

Buyers must ensure their contact details are accurate to receive communications.
7. Advertising and Promotion

Organisers may request additional advertising services (e.g., Google Ads, social media campaigns) to boost visibility.

Costs for advertising campaigns will be agreed separately.

The Platform does not guarantee ticket sales or attendance as a result of advertising services.
8. Liability

The Platform acts as a facilitator of ticket sales and is not the organiser of events.

Organisers are fully responsible for the running of their events, including compliance with health & safety, venue rules, and legal obligations.

The Platform is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from attendance or non-attendance at events.
9. Data Protection

The Platform collects and processes personal data in line with its Privacy Policy.

Buyer information (such as name, email, and player ID if applicable) may be shared with Organisers for event administration only.

Organisers must handle Buyer data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
10. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for Organisers or Buyers who breach these Terms.

Outstanding financial obligations must still be settled after termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
